How this site works
We pull listings every day from company careers pages and applicant-tracking systems. We don't control those listings. Some are paid or sponsored by employers, and those are labeled "Sponsored." We never charge candidates to apply. We don't guarantee that any posting is still open, accurate or remote, so always confirm on the employer's own site before you apply.
Where the listings come from
HR Remote Jobs is a job aggregator. Every day we check the careers pages and applicant-tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday and the like) of the companies we track, and we keep the HR jobs that look remote. When a company takes a job down, it comes off here too, usually within a few days.
We didn't write those listings and we don't control them. The employer does. Want the details on what we keep, what we flag and what we leave out? See how we screen jobs.
Paid and sponsored listings
Some employers pay to post a job here or to have it shown higher up. Those listings are labeled Sponsored (or Featured when they're pinned to the top). Paying never changes a job's pay, location or requirements. More in our advertising policy.
What it costs you
Nothing. We never charge candidates to apply, and job alerts are free. If anyone asks you for money to apply to a job you found here, don't pay it, and tell me.
What we can't promise
We don't guarantee that any posting is still open, that the details are accurate, or that the job is really remote. Things change after we pull a listing, and the employer's page is the one that counts. Always confirm on the employer's own site before you apply.
Report a bad listing
Closed, not remote, wrong pay, or looks like a scam? Let me know and I'll pull it or fix it.
